***ALL EU CUSTOMERS will incur a customs fee upon delivery. The speed of clearing customs will vary depending on the country. Alternative shipping options are available if you need the item faster than the standard shipping time. International shipping fees will vary. Duty and tax fees are NOT included in the cost of the purchase. Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon the arrival of the package.***
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
We offer free EXCHANGES and free returns FOR STORE CREDIT on all products that are in new and resellable condition within 30 days of delivery within the UK.
For returns to ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHODS, a restocking fee of £4.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customers returning from outside of the UK will be responsible for the cost of the return.
- Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product(s) are unused, unworn, and in new condition.
- Products can be exchanged for:
- a different size of the same product
- anything else on our website
- DO NOT use, workout in, or chalk any BKX gear. Sizing is approximate and oftentimes a personal preference, so keep in mind that you cannot return the product(s) after they have been used.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original clear product packaging/boxes.
- We reserve the right to deny any exchanges and returns that do NOT meet our return policy requirements.
- Exchanges and returns outside of the 30 days of delivery are responsible for the return postage. Return labels are unable to be generated past the 30 day return window.
- Please allow 5-7 business days AFTER your package is received for your return or exchange to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent along with progress updates. Returned funds back to the original payment method may take up to 3-5 business days after your return has been processed to appear in your account.
*Please note that exchanges are only issued once the product has been dropped off. During this time, your exchange product is not reserved, so it could go out of stock between the time of registering the return and dropping it off.
